Proceedings

The proceedings of the StuFiesta will be published in the AIP Conference Proceedings with a limit of 6 pages for invited talks and 2 pages for contributions to the poster session.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

All camera ready manuscripts must be handed in no later than the end of the Conference. It is necessary that we send all the material for the Proceedings to the Publishers according to a very strict deadline or else our contract with them will be void. This deadline applies to all speakers, all those who are presenting posters, and to Session Chairs who have been invited to present short overviews of their respective fields. • In order to meet the publication schedule of AIP, manuscripts are due at the conference itself.
• Manuscripts that exceed the page limit or do not use the AIP style files will NOT be accepted.
