The Organizing Committee provides bus transportation to take the participants from the Historic Center of Mexico City to Cocoyoc on Monday morning, and back again on Thursday afternoon. The Hotel Hacienda Cocoyoc is located at 1:30 hour from Mexico City and 25 minutes from Cuernavaca.
The meeting starts with a late afternoon session on Monday, April 19,
and ends at lunch time on Thursday, April 22. People who arrive early
and need a hotel reservation in Mexico City before the meeting and/or
after the meeting, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can
make the necessary reservations at the Hotel Ritz in the Historic Center.
For the conference there is a special rate of 409 pesos (plus 100 pesos for
an extra person). This price includes taxes, but not breakfast. The hotel
is located at a few blocks from the main square, el Zócalo.

On Monday morning, the Organizing Committee provides bus transportation (Transportes CIVAC) to take the participants from Hotel Ritz to the Hacienda Cocoyoc. The bus is scheduled to leave the Hotel at 10:00 AM. On the way to Cocoyoc there will be another stop at Sanborns San Angel (Insurgentes Sur 2105) at 11:00 AM. On Thursday afternoon, after lunch at 4:00 PM the bus will take the participants back to Mexico City.
For people who arrive too late for the bus, it is strongly recommended to take an OFFICIAL airport taxi to Cocoyoc (cost about 2000 pesos, divide by 11 to get the price in USD). Tickets for this taxi can be bought at the ticket booth inside the airport which is located immediately on your left-hand side after you passed the custom checks.
