Venue and Accommodation

The meeting will take place in the conference facilities of the hotel Iberostar Paraiso Beach, located between Cancun and Playa del Carmen, about 30 minutes drive from Cancun international airport. The hotel is all inclusive, that is, the fees include accommodation, all meals and domestic drinks.

Participants are expected to make their own hotel reservations. Reservations at the conference hotel should be arranged directly with the travel agency Tierra Maya Tours. The special conference rates are:

Single: 137 USD
Double: 105 USD
Extra person: 80 USD
Children: 31 USD

Transportation

The best way to get to Playa del Carmen is by airplane to Cancun international airport. From there a bus or shuttle can be taken to the town of Playa del Carmen. However, since the hotel is between Cancun and Playa del Carmen the best option is to take a taxi directly to the hotel.
