Third announcement

The VI  school of the Gravitation and Mathematical Physics Division (DGFM) of the Mexican Physical Society (SMF)  will take place next week, from the 21th to the 27th November, 2004.   We would like to point out the following final remarks:

1. The arrival day is this Sunday.  Once you arrive at the airport in Cancun, please take a taxi, or a shuttle, to your hotel.  The price of a taxi to Playa del Carmen is about 50 USD, or about 15 USD if you wait to the next shuttle; this could take about 30 minutes.

2. The venue of the conference is the "Iberostar Paraiso Beach" hotel (in Spanish  is called "Iberostar Playa Paraiso"), which is located  between the town "Puerto Morelos" and "Playa del Carmen".  Please be aware that there  are three Iberostar hotels near, or in, Playa del Carmen,  but the one you have to go is called as above explained.  Every taxi driver should know exactly where to take you.

3. The final program  can be found in our web page http://www.nuclecu.unam.mx/~gravit/EscuelaVI/,   where the titles of parallel talks and posters are also posted.  If your name is there, please confirm this week your participation. If you are not there but are planning to present a talk or poster please contact us as soon as possible.

4. For people staying in other hotels than Iberostar ÒPlaya ParaisoÓ there will be a bus available to pick you up and bring you to the venue of the conference, the Iberostar hotel. Then, please indicate us the name of your hotel, as soon as possible (to Jorge Cervantes). After the morning session the bus will bring you back to your hotel or to Playa del Carmen for lunch. In the afternoon, the buses will bring you again to the Iberostar hotel for the afternoon sessions, and back again to your hotel when they finish.   This transportation is free of charge.

Looking forward to seeing you in Playa del Carmen.
